These Terms govern your use of the Discord bots we operate under Territorial Tools. One document covers all of them — most sections apply to every bot, and anything specific to one bot is labeled and headed with that bot's name. By using any command, button, or modal from one of our bots, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using a bot in any capacity — running a command, linking an account, placing a bet, saving a replay, or acting as a guild admin who configures it — means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Which Bots These Terms Cover
These Terms currently cover:
- Territorial Casino — a guild-isolated bot that runs games using Territorial.io in-game gold.
- Gator Points & Cults Bot — a bot for cult/clan management, automated win tracking, leaderboards, and reward roles. No wagering, no currency, no cash value of any kind.
- Territorial Training Bot — a bot for Territorial.io strategy Q&A and saved-replay sharing. No wagering, no currency.
If we launch another bot under Territorial Tools, we'll add it here rather than publish separate Terms — this same URL stays the right one to check.
3. Eligibility
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use Discord at all. Territorial Casino specifically involves wagering in-game currency in games of chance — you're responsible for confirming that's permitted under the laws that apply to you and your location. If wagering-style games involving virtual/in-game currency are restricted or unlawful where you are, do not use Territorial Casino's games. Gator Points & Cults Bot and Territorial Training Bot involve no wagering and carry no such restriction.
4. Account Linking
Where a bot links your Discord account to a Territorial.io identity (Territorial Casino or Gator Points & Cults Bot), you must provide accurate information, and only link an account you own and control. Linking someone else's account without their consent is prohibited. For Territorial Casino, you're additionally responsible for the security of any password you choose to give the Bot — see our Privacy Policy before you do; Gator Points & Cults Bot never asks for a password at all.
5. Territorial Casino — Virtual Currency, No Cash Value
Applies to: Territorial Casino only
Territorial Casino moves Territorial.io in-game gold, which has no guaranteed real-world monetary value. The Bot does not sell gold for real money, does not buy it back for real money, and does not act as an exchange between Territorial.io gold and any fiat or crypto currency. Any value you place on in-game gold is between you and however Territorial.io itself treats its own currency — we make no promises about that. The Bot is not a bank, is not a licensed money-services business, and does not handle real-world currency.
6. Territorial Casino — Deposits & Withdrawals
Applies to: Territorial Casino only
- Deposits are matched against gold-transfer records the Bot observes in a guild's designated log channel; only transfers matching an open, declared deposit within its time window are credited. The declared amount is your intent, not a guarantee — you're credited exactly what arrives.
- Withdrawals debit your balance immediately and queue for sending; amounts above a guild's configured approval threshold require admin sign-off. Unapproved requests are automatically refunded after 24 hours.
- If a withdrawal's outcome is ambiguous (e.g. a timeout), it's held for manual review rather than auto-refunded, to avoid ever duplicating gold.
- Guild admins set their own limits (minimum bet, maximum bet, deposit
minimums, approval thresholds) within owner-set caps — check a guild's
/set limitsfor its specific rules.
7. Territorial Casino — Games, Odds & Fairness
Applies to: Territorial Casino only
Every game the Bot offers (coinflip, dice, blackjack, slots, mines, and parimutuel betting pools) runs at a house edge disclosed in that game's own info screen — nothing is hidden. Outcomes are generated using a cryptographically secure random source. Playing any game means you accept that you may lose your stake; the Bot does not guarantee winnings, and results are final once a hand or round settles.
8. Territorial Casino — Play Responsibly
Applies to: Territorial Casino only
This is a for-fun feature built around a video game's in-game economy, not a real-money gambling product — but the games are designed like gambling games, and losses can still feel real if you value the in-game gold you wagered. Set your own limits. If you want a break, ask a guild admin (or the Bot owner) to freeze your deposits/withdrawals, or simply stop playing. If gambling-style mechanics are a problem for you, please don't use this feature, and consider resources like ncpgambling.org.
9. Gator Points & Cults Bot — Points, Wins & Leaderboards
Applies to: Gator Points & Cults Bot only
Points, wins, cult membership, and leaderboard standing tracked by this
bot are purely cosmetic/competitive — they carry no monetary or in-game
currency value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, or exchanged for
anything. Win data is sourced from Territorial.io's public
clan-results page and from claim buttons on win-log messages;
we don't guarantee the scraper catches every match or that claimed
multipliers are error-free, though we work to keep it accurate. Guild
admins configure reward roles, multipliers, and account links for their
own guild and are responsible for those settings.
10. Territorial Training Bot — Q&A & Replays
Applies to: Territorial Training Bot only
Strategy answers are generated from a curated knowledge base and may be incomplete or wrong — treat them as a starting point, not authoritative game guidance. Replays you save are stored so you (and anyone you share a link with) can view them later; don't save replay files you don't have the right to share. Shared replay links are viewable by anyone who has the link, so treat the link itself as something you control the distribution of.
11. Freezes, Suspension & Termination
For Territorial Casino: guild admins can freeze deposits, withdrawals, or everything for their own guild; the Bot owner can do the same for any guild, or globally. A freeze stops new activity but never confiscates gold already in motion — pending deposits still credit, refunds still process. Across all bots, we may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse, at our discretion.
12. Guild Admin Responsibilities
For Territorial Casino, a guild's economy is run by that guild's own admins, using their own Territorial.io account as the bank (or the Bot owner's account as fallback if they haven't set one up). The Bot owner acts as neutral rails for guilds that use the fallback bank and is not liable for any specific guild's economy, solvency, or admin decisions. If you're a Territorial Casino guild admin, you're responsible for keeping your bank account funded enough to cover player withdrawals. For Gator Points & Cults Bot, guild admins are responsible for the accuracy of reward-role thresholds, multipliers, and manual account links they configure.
13. Prohibited Conduct
- Exploiting bugs or race conditions to create, duplicate, or extract gold or points beyond what a fair transaction would produce.
- Linking, or attempting to link, a Territorial.io account you don't own or control.
- Creating multiple Discord accounts to bypass limits, freezes, or suspensions.
- Using Territorial Casino's ledger as a proxy to buy or sell Territorial.io gold for real-world money or other consideration outside the Bot.
- Attempting to defraud the ledger, other players, or a guild's bank.
- Saving or sharing replay content you don't have the right to share (Territorial Training Bot).
Violating any of these may result in freezing your balance pending investigation, forfeiture of gold or points obtained through the violation, and/or a permanent ban from using our bots.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our bots are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee any bot will be uninterrupted or error-free — Territorial.io's own API/pages, Discord's platform, and (for Territorial Casino) a guild bank's solvency are all outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of gold, points, or saved data arising from bugs, outages, third-party service failures, or a guild bank's insolvency. Our total liability for any claim arising from Territorial Casino is limited to the amount of in-game gold, if any, you're demonstrably owed on the ledger at the time of the claim; for our other bots, our total liability is limited to $0, as they involve no financial value.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our bots' operator from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of a bot.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as our bots' features change, or when we add a new bot. Material changes update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
We'll always try to resolve a dispute informally first — reach out through the contact below before anything else. These Terms don't attempt to override any consumer-protection law that applies to you and can't legally be waived.
